Senior Project Lead
About the opportunity
The Senior Project Lead plays a vital role in leading key projects within Return to Work Victoria (RTWV) involving end to end management of projects that make a valuable difference to injured workers recovery journey spanning across health compensation premium self-insurance and other related fields. They lead project teams and co-ordinate the deliverables to achieve the agreed strategic improvements spanning across people process and system.
The Senior Project Lead will play an important role in meeting the organisations performance targets associated with our critical measures including those scheme indicators relating to prevention return to work our services to injured workers and financial sustainability. The role will work with business leadership teams to identify opportunities that improve industry business unit or organisational policy program or processes and will develop design and implement plans consistent with strategic direction. This role requires flexibility agility and responsiveness to support the needs of the scheme as well as undertaking critical delivery functions interchangeable including analysis and change support activities.

About you
You are an experienced project manager with a strong background in project management methodologies. Your communication negotiation and organisational skills are highly developed and your strong interpersonal skills allow you to establish and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
