Job Description for Account Manager Team
Role: Sales Development Representative (Commercial Real Estate)
Overview:
We are seeking a fulltime SDR with strong cold calling and prospecting experience ideally from South Africa. This role will focus on identifying and contacting offmarket commercial warehouse property owners within specific regions of East Tennessee to source acquisition leads. The candidate should be comfortable working autonomously conducting outreach calls building lead lists and potentially assisting with related admin tasks.
Responsibilities:
Source and build contact lists for property owners within predefined MSAs (mainly north of Chattanooga south of Knoxville east of Crossville)
Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners to identify potential acquisition leads
Qualify prospects
Maintain detailed records of outreach and responses
Assist in ongoing updates to lead databases
Potentially support foreclosure list research and data scanning
Requirements:
Fluent English (neutral accent required; South African candidates strongly preferred)
2 years experience in cold calling outbound sales or real estate lead generation
Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
Detailoriented selfstarter with a proactive approach to outreach
Commercial real estate background is a strong plus but not required
