Job Description
Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Remote
Working Schedule: 7AM 12PM US Central Time
Salary: USD/ month
Position Overview:
Were looking for a diligent hardworking data entry assistant to help power through a straightforward task of collecting sorting and organizing data in a structured and consistent manner. The ideal candidate is detailoriented reliable and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input data from lead reports
- Create and complete receiving reports
- Upload finalized reports to internal database
- Follow a clear set SOP
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Reliable and detailoriented
- Able to work during the required hours (starting at 7am US Central Time)
- Fast learner ready to dive in without much handholding
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to engage in meaningful conversations and work effectively within a team.
- Open to learning new skills and tools to support the company s objectives.
- Independent thinker who is comfortable managing tasks and responsibilities without constant supervision.
- Familiar with for data input and creating receiving reports.
