Job Description
Our client seeks a detailoriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that products meet the highest standards. This role involves monitoring processes and collaborating with internal teams to uphold quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control Procedures
Develop implement and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and company policies
2. Inspections and Testing
Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure product quality and reliability
Identify and document defects or nonconformities
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
3. Quality Records and Reporting
Maintain accurate and detailed quality records and reports
Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement areas
Provide recommendations for quality improvement initiatives
4. Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure quality standards are met
Communicate quality issues and concerns to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
Relevant QA experience (renewable energy preferred)
Bachelor s degree in Quality Management or related field
Strong attention to detail
Analytical and problemsolving skills
Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO)
