Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking passionate and experienced Head Instructors or Assistant Instructors to join a leading training facility operating across various prestigious locations including Karongwe Selati Pridelands Botswana and Makuleke. The successful candidate will either be stationed at a specific camp or may take on a roaming/relief role depending on experience and preference.
Minimum Requirements for Head Instructors:
NQF Level 4 Qualification
VPDA Certificate
FGASA Level 3
Advanced Trails Guide qualification
Current Advanced Rifle Handling (or close to achieving this)
At least 5 years of relevant industry experience
Current NDT Registration
Valid PDP
Current FGASA Membership
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver highquality professional guide training in both theoretical and practical components
Foster an engaging handson learning environment for students
Conduct ontheground guiding walking trails and firearm training where applicable
Maintain safety and professional standards across all training sessions
Represent the training facility s values and uphold high standards at all training venues
Contribute to curriculum development and refinement based on industry trends
Additional Information:
Position is livein with single tented accommodation provided
Bonus incentive based on personal and company performance
