About the Opportunity:
Excis is seeking an experienced L2 Brake Fix Engineer to provide onsite IT support for a globally recognized leader in health technology and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware software and networking issues
- Perform advanced repairs on Lenovo laptops and other devices
- Configure and deploy systems through network imaging
- Provide VIPlevel technical support for Windows 10/11 Office 365 and Intune
- Document solutions and workflows in ServiceNow
- Escalate critical issues and follow through to resolution
- Collaborate with global IT teams to optimize support processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in desktop support or related IT roles
- Handson experience with Windows OS Office 365 and Intune
- Proven ability in hardware repairs (Lenovo preferred)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Preferred Credentials:
- A or Microsoft certifications
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field
