We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Design to join our highperforming team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to take the next step in their career leading a team of talented designers and working on highprofile master planned communities.
Specifically:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers
- Oversee the design and delivery of master planned communities
- Ensure technical excellence and compliance with industry standards

Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in civil design for land development
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Proficiency in 12D and AutoCAD
- Ability to drive project efficiency and quality outcomes
