Job Description

Team Summary

The AP Processing and Partnerships Team plays a crucial role in managing and developing processing solutions as well as building the partnerships with key processing partners. By overseeing endtoend processing solutions and partnerships the team ensures that Visa is the best way to pay and be paid. This comprehensive approach strengthens Visas leadership in the payments industry and drives seamless experiences for clients and consumers alike.

As part of this team you will serve as the account executive for the partners in AP. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing sales strategies to accelerate growth identifying highpotential client targets use cases and verticals. By collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders you will provide valuable regional market insights and feedback to shape priorities and drive enhancements to the Visa network. Your role adds significant value by providing the best partnership to the clients and enable them to access to all visas products and solutions

As the Business Development Manager AP Processing and Partnerships you will be responsible for: 

  • Be the lead in achieving annual sales goals
  • Support development of the sales strategy for sales acceleration including determining high potential client targets use cases and verticals etc.
  • Work proactively to overcome internal and external blockers to achieve sales objectives
  • Work with Operations Compliance Legal and Finance business partners to structure high value commercial deal structures
  • Supporting the sales lifecycle from prospecting and sales pitch through to launch and ongoing account management in partnership with crossfunctional partners and cross regional partners
  • Identify opportunities and make recommendations to drive improvements and increase effectiveness.
  • Provide regional market insight and feedback to influence priorities and drive network enhancements.

Qualifications :

What you will need:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales/business development cycle in payments/fintech/banking industry preferably
  • Background of client and partnerships management sales and or business development preferably at a global or multi market level
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with a strong focus on delivering for clients

  • Excellent listening and communication skills both verbal and written and executive presence must be able to interface with senior client executives
  • Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to audiences in an approachable way to influence and drive adaption
  • Passionate about what you do and excited about the opportunity to transform payments working for the industry leader
  • Possess a high level of professionalism and leadership skills to build business relationships trust and respect with business partners and suppliers
  • Strong team player selfmotivated and the ability to work independently at coordinating across functional activities and obtain buyin
  • Advanced Excel management and Powerpoint presentation creation and editing skills and experience

In this role you will the representative to manage key partners in AP and work extensively in partnership with crossfunctional teams to execute on our growth strategies and directly contribute to the revenue growth.
