The Opportunity

We are seeking a Staff Consultant for our People Advisory Services (PAS) practice. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to immerse yourself in a diverse range of capabilities service offerings and industries providing you with invaluable handson experience.

As a Staff Consultant you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex client challenges utilizing your analytical and problemsolving skills to deliver impactful business solutions. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing and summarizing client and project information concisely and logically ensuring that insights are easily understood and actionable.
  • Contribute to highquality client deliverables with strong attention to detail critical thinking and structured communication.
  • Support change management workforce transformation and HR initiatives by conducting research preparing presentations and gathering data to drive insights.
  • Work closely with project teams to understand client needs identify challenges and propose effective innovative solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking by asking clarifying questions proactively addressing risks and raising potential solutions.
  • Maintain accountability for work quality and ensure deliverables align with client and project objectives.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal team members to foster collaboration and knowledgesharing.
  • Understand project delivery expectations and demonstrate effective time management and task prioritization.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

  • A related bachelors degree.
  • Basic understanding of business development consulting methodologies and project delivery expectations.
  • Interest in workforce transformation organizational design or talent management.
  • Fluency in French and English (bilingualism is a requirement for this role).
  • Previous experience in consulting or a related field would be considered an asset.
