We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh McLennan (MMC). This role will be based in Cluj Romania.
Marsh McLennan (MMC) has established its EMEA Technology Hub in Cluj Romania reflecting our commitment to innovation and excellence. This hub is central to our digital strategy addressing emerging challenges and enhancing service delivery through advanced technology solutions that empower our clients and promote sustainable growth.
We will count on you to:
Support quarterly access reviews and related audit requests generating access reports and planning remediation leveraging MMCs enterprise solutions;
Manage the lifecycle of access reviews ensuring compliance and effective user access control;
Perform support and system maintenance of the MMC identity governance solutions;
Fulfill customer requests for data scans account information and remediation of access issues;
Maintain the data integrity of Active Directory account attributes to uphold security standards;
What you need to have:
5 years of experience supporting Identity Services in a large multinational enterprise;
A proven background in Access Management and Privileged Access Management;
Experience working in a regulated environment collaborating with audit and controls teams;
High level of attention to detail working with large datasets;
Familiarity with IGA solutions (e.g. SailPoint Saviynt Omada;
Experience with Active Directory & file analysis solutions (e.g. Netwrix Varonis;
Understanding of Privilege Identity Management and Privilege Access Management;
Proficiency in Excel PowerShell SQL or another scripting language;
Knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems;
Familiarity with Identity Provider Services (e.g. OKTA Ping ForgeRock Radiant Logic;
Understanding of Entra and onprem Active Directory service management;

Strong background in scripting languages;
Experience of support design or build of Active Directory domains;
The ability to manage multiple pieces of work independently;
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS & Entra;
Indepth knowledge of IGA solutions and capabilities;
