The role has the following key deliverables:
Responsible for building capability infrastructure for Urban & Rural Team members. Ensuring Compliance on learning modules
Responsible for content development translations of content to address the needs of the participants.
Building a network of right Vendors to provide needful support to the team & Ensuring optimum vendor management for smooth of LMS & any other training related vendors
Analysis & Performance management of on roll & off role team members on Capability journey
Minimum Level of JobRelated Experience Required
5 years work experience in the FMCG industry. GT TSE/Rural TSE Stint is a Management experience is mandatory. Regional Customer Marketing/Comex/Capability /stint is desirable
