Role Description
Monitoring overall corporate HR at the group level
Oversee management of payroll onboarding & compliance
Preparing redefining & implementing HR policies
Ensuring government notices are being attended / closed
Setting objectives & goals for the team and track progress
Prepare & maintain various data / MIS for business review & analysis.
Ensuring & planning of employment engagement program
Monitoring and developing Talent acquisition channels / model
Development of learning/ training and leadership within the organization
Driving KPI / KRA and appraisal system
Monitoring and handling IR issues.
Review and update on employee contracts & agreements
Controlling & Monitoring HR operation s budget
Setting up controls and processes / systems
Complies with central state and local legal requirements by studying existing
and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to
requirements; advising management on needed actions.

Educational Qualification
Preferably a Post Graduate Candidate/Graduation in any Discipline
Total Experience Min 12 15 Years
