Location: Vadodara (Inoffice)

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team at our Vadodara office. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruiting exceptional talent with a strong desire for professional growth and openness to take on new responsibilities across various HR functions and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet organizational staffing needs.

  • Source screen and interview potential candidates through various channels including job portals social media professional networks and referrals.

  • Coordinate interviews provide timely feedback and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

  • Manage job postings maintain candidate databases and conduct regular followups with hiring managers.

  • Ensure compliance with recruiting best practices and organizational policies.

  • Prepare and manage onboarding procedures to facilitate seamless integration of new hires.
