As a Photomask Engineer you will be primarily responsible for starting up developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality driving process yield improvements cost reduction productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. Your expertise will give to the production of highquality semiconductor components that are pivotal to our customers success. You will work closely with multifunctional teams to address process issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency and yield. Your passion for engineering and willingness to learn will help us overcome the challenges of this fastpaced industry. We are looking for someone who enjoys handson work values teamwork and is eager to deep into the technical aspects of semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication with photolithography or RDA inspection background

  • Preference for experience with reticle inspection tools

  • Familiar with Reticle management and equipments (inspection tools mask cleaners stockers washers sorters)

  • Collaborate with equipment engineers and photolithography engineers to identify and resolve reticle issues affecting production

  • Monitor maintain and improve reticle pattern inspection and Automatic Defect Classification (ADC) processes to ensure photomask quality.

  • Engage with equipment suppliers to evaluate and qualify nextgeneration inspection tools and improve capabilities of current systems

  • Mentor and train manufacturing personnel and other engineers

  • Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipmentrelated issues affecting production

  • Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement driving best in class equipment metrics

  • Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of industry experience working as Photomask Engineer with reticle inspection tool stockers pod washer reticle sorter.

  • BS or Masters in the Engineering field equivalent military experience or AAS with 5yr industry experience

  • Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes

  • Onboarding may include training in Taiwan followed by a fulltime position in Boise Idaho.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a meticulous approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
