Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Scrum Master and Business Analyst
In this role seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses strong leadership technical and analytical skills with an understanding of the P&C insurance industry preferred. The individual is expected to drive sprint calls take care of agile process also able to perform BA role to understand requirements identify appropriate designs to ensure a quality solution delivery. Effective collaboration with the business users IT and various stakeholders is required.
Responsibilities
Serve as a Scrum Master to take care agile process in system take care of sprint reviews daily standups.
Has domain knowledge for P&C Insurance.
Able to connect with client to review and rationally analyze requirements in a timely manner.
Research and propose solutions to client based on requirement shared.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
BE/ B Tech/ MCA
Must have BA background
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
P&C Insurance domain knowledge
Experience in scrum master role.
Experience working in Agile environment.
Hands on experience with Jira Confluence and Service Now.
