IT Business Consultant StaffWhat does a successful IT Business Consultant do
A successful IT Business Consultant at Fiserv acts as a technical consultant supporting our largest clients in deploying configuring and maintaining our DNA core banking software. They play a critical role in technical services such as networking Windows system administration and software deployment.
What you will do:
- Provide field technician support for DNA Core processing implementations and technical professional services.
- Act as a technical consultant for clients on networking Windows system administration and software deployment.
- Build maintain and train clients on DNA core application servers and surrounding systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using internet resources and internal knowledge base tools.
- Manage and configure servers running on Windows 2016/2019/2022 and workstations on Windows 10/11.
What you will need to have:
- 3 years of IT or FinTech experience.
- 3 years of experience with Windows 2016/2019/2022 Server and Windows 10/11.
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft IIS and SSL Certificates.
- 2 years of experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
- Bachelors degree in MIS Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
What would be nice to have:
- 2 years of experience using configuring troubleshooting and/or developing for the Fiserv DNA application suite.
- 2 years of experience working with large enterprise-wide application systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting web applications using Fiddler.
Salary Range
$83400.00 - $143000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
