What Youll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations of the aggregates plant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Managing plant budgets and optimizing cost control measures.
- Leading and developing a team of plant employees to achieve performance goals.
- Collaborating with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
