Job Description Summary
Keep LLCC Moving Manage Assets Maintain Order Make a Difference! LLCCs Property Control Technician is under general supervision responsible for property control at the college including the Regional Educational Service Areas. They will be responsible for the development coordination and maintenance of the comprehensive college wide inventory system for movable equipment furniture supplies and other assets. They will also maintain the schedule and maintenance of the colleges fleet of vehicles. As a facilities member at LLCC you can look forward to 13 paid holidays a year and 2 personal days 15 sick days and starting with 10 vacation days per year. Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Three years of related experience. Knowledge of coding filing and record keeping. Valid drivers license. Excellent organizational planning and time management skills to manage a diverse range of responsibilities with frequent interruptions under competing deadlines. Experience with scheduling software and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong written/oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Progressive work experience in inventory control working within a public higher educational setting. Forklift certified.
