Job Description

Infosys is seekingIntelex Lead.

Required Skills
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employerbased visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.

Preferred Skills
Configure and customize software solutions focusing on Quality Management Systems (QMS) create functional & technical specifications and other required documentation as may be required by the project. Below are some of the modules/sub modules which might required configuration chage/Dashboards /Enhancements /Reassign tasks etc....

3. Behavior Based Safety
4. Claims Management

Quality Modules
1. Document Control
2. Document Explorer
3. Documents

Management of Change
1. Management of Change
2. Advanced Product Quality Planning
3. Customer Complaint Reporting
4. Customer Management

Training Management
1. Courses
2. Sessions
3. Certifications

Support incidents incident tracking and compliance reporting and enhance an Intelex QMS environment. You will also perform root cause analysis to fix the issues.
Very good analytical skills and communication skills and directly discuss with client and sending the status reports.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face.
