Vacancy: PROPERTY MANAGER Residential Lettings
Location: Twickenham TW1
Salary: OTE 33K
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced organised proactive forward thinking and energetic Property Manager to join a lively company with offices in the Twickenham area.
The ideal candidate for this job will ultimately be part of a strong team that are responsible for managing a large portfolio of properties across the local area so experience in all aspects of the property management including generating safety certificates and serving of S21 and S8 Notices is essential.
You will be negotiating renewals tenancy deposits and liaising with all relevant parties throughout the process including tenants landlords and contractors so the ability to be persuasive but friendly is essential.
Our client would like a candidate with previous industry experience who lives locally and who is ready to step straight into the role.
The Company: Our client is a family run independent Sales and Lettings agency with an excellent reputation a highly recognised brand and local offices in and around the Twickenham area. The company specialise in residential property sales lettings and management.
Skills required for this Property Manager role will include:
- Experience in Property Management
- Understanding of current lettings legislation
- Highly organized and able to prioritise work load
- Problem solve effectively
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Knowledge of the local Twickenham / Teddington area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Property Management
