Territory Account Specialist

The Territory Account Specialist is responsible for providing solutions to their customers by acting as the key orchestrator of Amplity resources and solutions for a variety of customers including Health Care Providers Reimbursement Personnel Practice Administrators Key Account and Integrated Delivery Network partners and is accountable for working collaboratively to help ensure customer inquiries are solved by the appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME). The Territory Account Specialist is versed in the following areas: Clinical Selling Account Selling Access Navigation Problem Solving Team Collaboration and OmniChannel Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate clinical dialogue that compels the customer to act on behalf of their patients and engage the account to understand any obstacles that exist to provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identify shared priorities and leverage knowledge and tactics within the full account to develop a strategic territory business plan that drives product demand by meeting the needs of key partners and ultimately their patients to drive superior results.
  • Orchestrate in a collaborative manner with territory colleagues other fieldbased and corporate teams to proactively address customer needs and provide appropriate access support.
  • Apply expertise and knowledge of the marketplace applicable competitors industry and crossfunctional activities/plans to anticipate and optimally manage business opportunities/challenges.
  • Analyze territory market data and trends to gain insights into the local business environment drive pullthrough and lead virtual and / or live engagements with customers.
  • Lead any required planning meetings with key partners to solve customer problems and work collaboratively across functions to ensure customer needs are met with urgency.
  • Understand how to leverage systems and omnichannel/multichannel options to apply the full suite of capabilities to personalize and engage in a compliant manner with customers in both facetoface and virtual environments.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required from an accredited institution advanced degree a plus.
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience required
  • Strong ability to collaborate work crossfunctionally within a matrix environment
  • Business acumen
  • Can communicate clinical product information.
  • Proven trackrecord of consistent highperformance
  • Understands how to successfully navigate large accounts and key customer segments
  • Selfstarter with analytic abilities to seek out prioritize and apply relevant information to solve problems to meet the needs of key customers while also demonstrating ethical leadership
  • Ability to foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance with company policies & laws.
  • Must reside within territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of no further than 50 miles from territory border.
  • Ability to travel 6080 over a broad geography is required with the ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
  • Successfully complete all client training
  • Adept with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
  • Must have a valid drivers license.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $100K $110K The salary rage displayed may vary based on market data/ranges an applicants skills prior relevant experience certain degrees certifications and other relevant factors.
