Job Summary
Our client a leading player in the energy and lubricants industry is seeking a dynamic Lubes Territory Manager to support its growth objectives. The role is responsible for driving the marketing sales and technical support of lubricant products within an assigned territory. This includes managing and expanding relationships with commercial and industrial customers identifying growth opportunities and providing expert advice on product usage and performance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving territory sales targets ensuring customer satisfaction and reinforcing the client s strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Handles lubricants and specialties sales in assigned Territory.
- Identifies and negotiates with potential commercial customers.
- Monitors and reviews the performance of commercial and industrial customers in relation to the
- agreed terms and conditions.
- Plan customer calls and visits to provide the appropriate level of service to existing and new
- customers with a focus on retaining/expanding existing business relationships.
- Responsible for maintaining customers accounts and clean TAR.
- Coordinates sales promotions for lubricants and specialties in assigned territory.
- Prepare sales reports and sales projections.
- Establish customer training needs and ensure they are carried out.
- Carry out market surveys and monitor competition activities.
- Raises and records any complaints/Feedback in the customer complaints and feedback form and
- follow up on action to be taken.
- Any other assignment by the superiors.
Requirements

- Bachelor s Degree from a recognized university in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years experience in a sales or marketing field. Knowledge of Lubricants business is an
added advantage. - Must have strong analytical negotiation/communication skills and have ability to sell in a highly
competitive environment. - Be a person of high integrity selfdriven able to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and experience in making high level technical presentations.
- Demonstrated selling and negotiation skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and ERP Software
