What will you do
- Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling with small and medium businesses
- Collaborate closely with client to create a territory action plan including target companies target prospects and messaging/talktracks
- Set up new meetings to hand off to other sales groups
- Conduct highlevel conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts
- Achieve or exceed monthly quota of qualified leads
- Research and build new and existing accounts
- Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails contact decision makers build quick rapport assess needs and close the sale
- Explain clients products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes
- Develop and lead outbound campaigns from ideageneration through to deal closure
- Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used
- Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams
Candidate profile
- Fluency in German and strong command of English
- Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales B2B sales or business development ideally in the IT industry
- Minimum 1 year experience working with cloudrelated projects combined with B2B sales
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts such as Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner
- History of quota overachievement
- Analytical mindset selfmotivated and goaloriented
- Organized with strong pipeline time management and prioritization skills
- Experience working in sales environment and IT outbound sales prospecting is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is desirable
- Proven success in generating leads and presenting sales pitches
- Understanding of local market and business environment
