Job Description
A leading global SaaS company is looking for a Digital Demo Content Specialist to support their Global Solution Consulting Organization. Youll join the Digital Demo Innovation Team focused on scaling digital selling through high-quality engaging content. This is a key role in a fast-growing area of the business offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on global enablement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and standardize demo content in the Consensus platform
Edit QA and publish videos and eLearning assets
Coordinate translation of content using AI-based tools
Track and report on content performance and usage metrics
Maintain content libraries (e.g. SPOT GDrive) and upload long-form media
Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent content quality and standards
Support internal content creators and monitor contributions
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience
2 years using multimedia or instructional design tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise 360 Adobe Captivate Canva Google Slides)
Strong video editing skills (Camtasia Adobe Suite)
Familiarity with Highspot Smartsheet and agile project workflows
Excellent organizational QA and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to AI-based translation tools (e.g. HeyGen)
Passion for content design structure and optimization
Thrives in fast-paced dynamic SaaS environments
