Marvell is looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) responsible for overseeing the of complex codevelopment projects between Customer and Marvell ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with business goals by managing resources establishing schedules and collaborating with crossfunctional teams throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to deployment often leveraging their technical expertise to identify and mitigate risks while driving alignment and communication among key stakeholders; essentially acting as the general manager of technical programs to achieve strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities of a Technical Program Manager:
Develop strong relationship with customer and be a strong advocate for customer within the organization.
Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones resource allocation and risk management strategies to meet customers product life cycle requirements.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and dependencies.
Understand test development DFT product quality & reliability and supply sourcing & planning concepts to ensure timely high volume prototype delivery and costeffective final production ramp.
Track project progress key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement through regular reporting to leadership.
Proactively identify potential risks develop mitigation plans and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership cross functional team leads and key stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and address concerns.
