Marvell is looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) responsible for overseeing the of complex codevelopment projects between Customer and Marvell ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with business goals by managing resources establishing schedules and collaborating with crossfunctional teams throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to deployment often leveraging their technical expertise to identify and mitigate risks while driving alignment and communication among key stakeholders; essentially acting as the general manager of technical programs to achieve strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities of a Technical Program Manager:
- Customer Relationship Building:
Develop strong relationship with customer and be a strong advocate for customer within the organization.
- Project Planning and :
Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones resource allocation and risk management strategies to meet customers product life cycle requirements.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration:
Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and dependencies.
- Technical Expertise:
Understand test development DFT product quality & reliability and supply sourcing & planning concepts to ensure timely high volume prototype delivery and costeffective final production ramp.
- Metrics and Reporting:
Track project progress key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement through regular reporting to leadership.
- Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential risks develop mitigation plans and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
- Stakeholder Management:
Communicate effectively with senior leadership cross functional team leads and key stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and address concerns.
What Were Looking For
- Strong technical background in New Product Development including DFx test content & program development data & H/W infrastructure setups and manufacturing ramp readiness.
- Prior direct experience with Hyperscale customers is required
- Experience in successful release and ramp of Hyperscaler products for high volume production
- Proven project management skills with experience managing complex crossfunctional codevelopment projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and facilitate collaboration
- Analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify and address project challenges and risks
- Leadership skills to guide teams and influence decisionmaking
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
Experience & Education
- Minimum 10 years experience in new product development or codevelopment with customer
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineering masters preferred.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
$ per annumThe successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
