EisnerAmper is seeking a Specialist to join our Assurance Resource Management team. This position will work closely with members of the assurance practice HR Operations and Talent Development to fulfill staffing needs in a matrix environment by scheduling assurance colleagues to work assignments across multiple client engagements. This role is able to be based out of a number of our offices.

Numerous Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support our Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) efforts
Coordinate scheduling for assurance engagements to ensure efficient resource utilization and support the assurance department in meeting client deadlines.
Collaborate closely with assurance partners managers and team members to assign the right staff to projects considering availability expertise and client needs.
Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation drive process improvements and implement best practices in resource management across the region. Lead support or champion initiatives focused on effective workload balancing scheduling and professional development.
Work collaboratively with other members of the Resource Management team to promote resource sharing across multiple geographies.
Utilize automation and reporting platforms to create visualizations that enhance transparency in resource skills and scheduling.
Maintains deep knowledge of service offerings skill profiles client engagements and active client pursuits.
Bachelors Degree
2 years of experience in human resources and/or resource management
Public accounting firm experience
12 years in a Resource Management role
Experience with ProStaff and/or Workday
Assurance consulting client facing experience
Resource management or recruiting experience supporting an assurance consulting practice
