As we continue to grow were looking to add a talented and experienced Commercial Account Manager to our team. The Opportunity:
Were seeking a clientcentric and detailoriented Commercial Account Manager to support an established and diverse book of commercial business. Youll work closely with our Senior Account Executives and clients many of whom are longterm multiline partners. Your ability to build relationships stay organized and confidently advise clients on their coverage needs will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver proactive expert service and support to a portfolio of established commercial clients
Review policy renewals thoroughly ensuring appropriate coverage and identifying potential gaps
Provide professional guidance on risk management and coverage enhancements
Manage the placement and marketing of new and renewal business
Support clients through the claims process including reporting and followups with adjusters
Identify crosssell opportunities to broaden coverage and enhance protection
Foster strong professional relationships with underwriters and insurance partners
Keep accurate records and ensure compliance within our Broker Management System
What You Bring:
Active RIBO license
Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience
Handson experience with Applied EPIC (required); Policy Works is an asset
Designations such as CAIB CRM or CIP are considered strong assets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and confidence managing complex accounts
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced setting
Strong negotiation and market placement skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
