Job Description
Role overview:
As a Product Specialist you will play a key role in managing and promoting our product portfolio. You will support the Head of Product (your direct supervisor) and collaborate closely with Sales Communication and Dealer Network teams. This role requires a strong passion for cars attention to detail and the ability to turn technical features into compelling product stories.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the definition of product positioning and configurations tailored to the Italian market
- Create and update product materials for internal and external use (brochures product guides competitive comparisons presentations)
- Organize and deliver product training sessions for internal teams and dealers
- Monitor the competitive landscape: pricing equipment trends regulatory impacts
- Contribute to product launch activities events and marketing campaigns
- Assist in developing digital tools and content to support product storytelling
- Provide daytoday product support to the Sales team and retail partners
- Interact with external suppliers and partners to coordinate productrelated initiatives and oneoff activities
Requirements: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related fields
- 35 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the automotive industry (OEM experience is a plus
- Strong product passion curiosity for innovation and a customeroriented mindset
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and ability to work in crossfunctional teams
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus
