Job Summary (OT Security Specialist):
- Lead and implement OT security strategies and initiatives globally for automotive manufacturing environments.
- Develop and enforce OT security policies to protect manufacturing systems and networks.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and address security threats in OT environments.
- Utilize OT security tools especially Otorio for monitoring detection and incident response.
- Draft update and maintain process documents including security protocols incident response plans and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into production processes.
- Train and guide staff on OT security best practices and procedures.
- Stay current with OT security trends threats and emerging technologies relevant to the automotive sector.
- Design and implement network segmentation and access controls to safeguard OT systems.
- Perform regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Develop and execute incident response and disaster recovery plans to address security breaches and ensure business continuity.
- Work closely with IT and engineering teams for seamless integration of OT security measures with existing infrastructure.
- Conduct forensic analysis and root cause investigations of incidents to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain up-to-date process documents and compliance records for audits and regulatory purposes.
- Require a Bachelors degree in a relevant field and 7-9 years OT security experience preferably in the automotive industry.
- Must have experience with Otorio and other OT security technologies.
- Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills essential.
- Relevant certifications such as GICSP or ISA 62443 are highly desirable.
