The Admin/HR Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the organization and handling HR functions such as recruitment onboarding employee records management payroll assistance and general office operations.

Human Resources Duties:
Manage recruitment processes including job postings screening resumes scheduling interviews and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll processing and attendance management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in performance evaluation processes.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with service providers.
Maintain company documents files and records systematically.
Organize meetings prepare agendas and record minutes.
Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.
