Job Description

National Channel Development Manager is responsible for identifying developing and expanding relationships with our business partners. This role involves strategic planning managing relationships setting targets negotiating contracts and closing deals. He/ She will also be tasked with identifying and reaching out to potential partners and developing plans to increase revenue. The Channel Development Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that all business goals are met. This role requires a strong understanding of the market excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive network mapping and identify critical gaps in the existing network structure.
  • Implement strategic retention initiatives for the current network to ensure longterm partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a meticulous network expansion plan aligned with market potential and organizational goals.
  • Identify cultivate and expand strategic relationships with key business partners to drive mutual growth.
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive strategic plans to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and successfully close highvalue deals with partners.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment and achievement of business targets.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential partners to expand the organizations market reach.
  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to maximize financial performance.
  • Strategically identify and onboard new channel partners to enhance market penetration.
  • Provide comprehensive support and conduct rigorous training programs to ensure partner success and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Meticulously manage the performance of existing partners and develop datadriven strategies to improve their sales and revenue metrics.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with partners working in close collaboration to achieve mutually beneficial objectives.
  • Ensure synergy between sales and channel efforts through strategic collaboration with the sales team.
  • Conduct thorough monitoring of industry trends and maintain uptodate knowledge of competitors and market conditions.
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts with precision and foresight.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive channel partner programs including advanced training modules targeted marketing initiatives and performancebased incentives.
  • Implement rigorous measurement and reporting systems to analyze channel partner performance utilizing key metrics such as sales volume and revenue generation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in business or related field
  • 10 years of experience in channel development or similar role
  • Strong understanding of retail channel market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Strategic planning and management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 70 of the time
  • Resultsdriven with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs
