McDonalds one of the most recognized brands in the world is seeking a driven and detailoriented individual to join our Cyber Security Compliance team as a supervisor. This role emphasizes coding expertise and analytical problemsolving providing critical support for the design development and maintenance of systems and tools that enhance our risk management processes. Experience in the Big 4 consulting firms is highly valued as it demonstrates a solid understanding of operational excellence and collaborative teamwork. Prior compliance or audit experience is not required. The role will automate manual compliance processes.

This position will work with the Global Technology teams to improve the regulatory and controls environment though education identification and implementation of control improvements. This includes recommending control design and operating effectiveness improvements. The position will include working with internal and external auditors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and apply coding skills (e.g. Python SQL or other programming languages) to build automated solutions for improving risk reporting governance processes and compliancerelated tasks. This includes designing testing and deploying scripts or applications to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends risks and opportunities for improving risk management practices. Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover actionable insights.
- Design build and optimize interactive dashboards visualizations reporting tools and analytics platforms to enhance transparency and support datadriven decisionmaking across departments.
- Work closely with multifunctional teams such as IT Finance and Operations to collect project requirements overcome technical obstacles and offer scalable solutions in line with governance risk and compliance requirements.
- Identify and implement innovative process improvements to improve operational efficiency by bringing to bear automation and coding to reduce manual workflows decrease processing time and minimize errors.
- Document coding projects and system improvements accurately including technical specifications user guides and change logs to ensure continuity.
- Support the identification and quantification of risks by developing and maintaining technical tools such as risk assessment models simulation frameworks or predictive analytics systems.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies programming tools and trends that could improve processes and recommend their integration where relevant.
- Offer technical mentorship and training to team members or collaborators on the use of developed tools dashboards or automated systems.
- Ensure coding practices align with organizational standards for data security accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations or policies.

The expected salary range for this role is $98140 $125130 per year

Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with languages like Python C or similar languages.
- Understanding and experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) systems.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of cloud environments ERP and system integration (e.g. AWS Azure or Google Cloud).
- Experience: 23 years in control system programming and assessment.
Desired skills
- Strong problemsolving capabilities and technical aptitude.
- Proficient in coding and automation.
- Analytical mentality with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Mongo database management a plus
- Familiarity with governance risk and compliance frameworks is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience with Active Directory
