Job Description
Oversee the daily operations of our Surgical Outpatient Department. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations. The Surgical Outpatient Manager will collaborate with medical staff nursing teams and administrative personnel to enhance patient care optimize scheduling and maintain highquality standards in surgical services.
Qualifications :
What is required...
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program & currently licensed in the State of Washington
- Current CPR card (maintenance required)
- ACLS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required)
- PALS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required)
- At least six months of previous leadership experience (charge RN lead supervisor etc.
What is preferred...
- BSN/MSN
- CAPA
- CPAN
- Five years of previous and varied perioperative services experience
Additional Information :
Wage: Wage range currently starts at $99.736/year and goes up to $168002/year. Actual wage will be based on years of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 40 hours/week); Exempt
