We are seeking an enthusiastic and goaloriented Assistant Manager Sales to join our dynamic team in Gandhinagar India. As an integral part of our sales department you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth developing sales strategies and managing key client relationships.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the companys customer base and ensure strong client relationships
- Analyze market trends competition and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
- Manage and mentor junior sales staff providing guidance and support to enhance their performance
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth of sales initiatives
- Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to network and generate new leads
- Contribute to the development of sales training programs and materials
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in sales preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience in managing and motivating sales teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities with a focus on longterm business growth
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced highpressure environment
- Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful sales presentations
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
