Were hiring a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide K 12 school-based services for the school year. Whether youre an experienced school SLPA or new to the field you ll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details

  • Caseload: Multiple caseloads available (K 12)
  • Schedule: 3 days/week
  • Hours: 20 25 hours/week
  • Dates: August 4 2025 May 29 2026
  • Location: Onsite in Florida (hybrid may be possible for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Implement treatment plans aligned with students IEP goals
  • Support data collection progress monitoring and documentation
  • Collaborate with supervising SLP teachers and school staff
  • Maintain accurate service logs and assist with reporting
  • Participate in team meetings as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLPA license or registration (state-specific e.g. Florida Department of Health)
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required
  • Strong communication organization and collaboration skills
  • Ability to follow SLP supervision and implement therapy plans effectively
