A fast-growing U.S.-based medical device manufacturer with nearly four decades of innovation in the surgical space is seeking a GI Endoscopy Sales Manager to lead commercial efforts in a new and emerging product category. With a track record of delivering high-quality solutions to operating rooms across the globe this organization blends a high-impact mission with a collaborative employee-focused culture. The company is now expanding its footprint into GI endoscopy and is looking for a proven sales leader to drive this initiative forward.
The GI Endoscopy Sales Manager will be responsible for launching and scaling a new endoscopic surgical device across the U.S. This role will define and execute the commercial strategy build clinical and administrative champions and support all aspects of market entry and expansion.
Develop and execute the national sales strategy for a new endoscopic surgical product
Lead the full sales cycle in both hospital and ASC settings: VAC navigation clinical evaluations in-servicing and post-sale support
Identify and develop Centers of Excellence within GI bleeding and advanced endoscopy
Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) who support innovation in GI endoscopy
Maintain and grow customer accounts by increasing usage and gathering product feedback
Serve as the subject matter expert in clinical conversations and market education
Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to support strategic initiatives and field training
Analyze sales metrics and generate performance reports for executive leadership
Represent the organization at GI trade shows conferences and educational meetings
Maintain all necessary vendor certifications and hospital credentialing
5 years of experience in GI endoscopy medical device sales
Demonstrated success building new territories or launching new products
Clinical fluency in GI endoscopic procedures especially advanced techniques
Skilled in identifying and developing KOLs and clinical advocates
Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Excellent presentation relationship-building and territory management skills
Strong data orientation with ability to interpret sales performance and drive strategy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Bachelor s or Associate degree required
Ability to travel overnight up to 3 days per week by air or ground
Comfortable working independently with limited oversight
Full-time
