This is your opportunity to play a key role in a companywide shift to Salesforce replacing FreshSales and reimagining how our global teams sell. From enterprise to SMB youll be driving efficiency boosting productivity and enabling longterm growth. 

What Youll Be Doing

Lead Our Salesforce Transformation

  • Take the reins on our Salesforce rollout from design to deployment shaping it to meet the needs of both enterprise and SMB sales teams.
  • Own the CRM strategy and decisionmaking process ensuring our systems scale effectively with our growth.
  • Build a futureproof customercentric CRM that drives results and empowers our sales org. 

Optimize Sales Processes

  • Partner closely with Sales and IT to reimagine sales workflows and unlock new levels of efficiency. 
  • Act as the strategic tiebreaker between teams making informed calls to keep projects aligned and on track. 
  • Continuously refine and enhance processes to ensure our salespeople always have the tools they need to succeed. 

Build Seamless Tooling & Integrations

  • Lead the strategy and of thirdparty integrations that plug into Salesforce think CPQ SPM and more. 
  • Work handinhand with vendors and crossfunctional teams to ensure integrations are smooth fast and performance driven. 

Engage Stakeholders & Drive Alignment

  • Be the key connector between Sales IT and other functions aligning everyone on priorities timelines and goals.
  • Manage strategic relationships and drive accountability for CRMrelated outcomes across the business. 

Deliver ROI & LongTerm Strategy

  • Monitor the performance of Salesforce and related tools ensuring theyre delivering real value to the business. 
  • Build a roadmap for the future of our CRM ecosystem one that supports ongoing innovation and sales success.

Qualifications :

What You Bring: 

  • 8 years of experience leading CRM and Salestech initiatives with deep knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proven track record of driving sales process improvements and tooling adoption in both enterprise and SMB environments
  • Skilled in integrating thirdparty sales tools that amplify productivity and results
  • Strategic thinker and strong influencer able to align stakeholders and drive change across functions
  • Excellent communicator problemsolver and organizer with a bias toward action
  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or a related field

Additional Information :

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of jobrelated factors such as professional background training work experience business needs and market demand. Therefore in some circumstances the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.

Compensation Package

$182600 $262000 Base Salary
