As they grow their Canadian team our client is seeking a Principal Engagement Manager to lead largescale digital transformation projects and strategic programs that make a tangible impact on peoples lives. In this senior leadership role youll oversee a portfolio of client engagementsguiding teams shaping delivery strategy and building trusted relationships at the highest levels. Youll be a key contributor to business growth and delivery excellence working closely with internal leaders and external stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with longterm client success.

This is a hybrid position based out of Halifax NS.

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead strategic delivery. Oversee multiple highvalue client engagements ensuring outcomes align with business goals delivery milestones and sector strategies.
  • Build strong client relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders aligning on vision unlocking value and supporting longterm transformation.
  • Drive commercial outcomes. Own forecasting profitability and delivery metrics across your portfolio. Manage commercial risk and ensure project success.
  • Strengthen governance. Champion best practices delivery frameworks and quality standards to reduce risk ensure compliance and foster consistency.
  • Coach and mentor teams. Support and develop Delivery Managers and team leads. Provide clear direction regular feedback and pathways for growth.
  • Innovate and improve. Inspire teams to rethink how digital services are built and delivered. Encourage experimentation and continuous delivery improvement.

What You Bring:

  • Leadership in delivery. Youve successfully led large multistream projects and programs using Agile methodologies. You understand the complexity of digital delivery and know how to keep work on track.
  • Strategic thinking. You take a bigpicture view of client needs team capacity and future growth. Youre pragmatic forwardlooking and able to pivot when needed.
  • Commercial acumen. You understand the full delivery lifecycle including financial management contracts and commercial performance.
  • Client partnership. Youve built strong lasting relationships with executives and stakeholders navigating complex environments with clarity and confidence.
  • Team leadership. Youre a peoplefirst leader who creates space for others to grow builds highperforming teams and fosters a culture of ownership and inclusion.
  • Governance mindset. You understand the importance of delivery assurance risk management and securityespecially in public sector and regulated environments.
