Summary
Project Managers provide business and technical leadership for one or more projects within a business unit leading project teams through the identification justification prioritization initiation development and implementation processes. This Sr. Specialist position will act as a Project Manager leading Projects in feasibility and development phase for US and Global markets within the Pharmaceutical Business segment.
What will you be doing !
- Accountable for core team performance project schedule and budget commitments and spend
- Leads team in defining project strategies and milestones to achieve project milestones as per plan and the identification of issues and risks associated with those plans.
- Continuously interacts with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders
- Develop plans and timelines till commercial launch for US and Global markets
- Ensures identification and communication of project risks development of risk plan and leads core team in the proactive management of risk response strategies
- Anticipates potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and manages conflict situations to result in winwin outcomes
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful of project activities.
- Lead the team in problemsolving efforts to meet urgent business needs.
- Understands region wise Regulatory requirements and applies this understanding to the project plans.
What will you bring in !
- Masters degree in Pharmacy with a minimum 810 years of pharmaceutical experience.
- Hands on experience in product development technology transfers or Regulatory affairs for Finish Dosage forms including 35 years of project management experience in Pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
- Proficient application of Vital Behaviors and Leadership Essentials
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices Good Laboratory or Clinical Practices and Product Development Process requirements
- Proven proficiencies in all aspects of project management
- PMP certification desired.
