Role: Sr. Content Writer (From HR Tech Industry)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy Development:
o Create and execute a complete content strategy aligned with lead generationand brand awareness goals.
o Research industry trends competitor content and audience needs to driverelevant and engaging content.
2. Content Creation:
o Write and develop high-quality content including blog posts case studieswhite papers eBooks infographics web content video scripts and emailcampaigns.
o Produce engaging and informative content that positions RChilli as a thoughtleader in the HR tech and recruitment space.
o Develop content to support product launches marketing campaigns andsales enablement.
3. Lead Generation and Content Marketing:
o Create content optimized for SEO to drive organic traffic and generatequalified leads.
o Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content is aligned with targetkeywords and search intent.
o Design and implement content distribution plans across relevant channels(website social media email LinkedIn etc.).
4. Case Studies and White Papers:
o Research and create detailed case studies highlighting client success storiesand RChillis impact.
o Write technical and business-focused white papers that demonstrate productvalue and address industry pain points.
5. Email and Campaign Content:
o Develop compelling email sequences drip campaigns and newsletters tonurture leads and drive conversions.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaign-specific landingpages and content.
6. Visual Content Collaboration:
o Work with the design team to develop infographics video scripts and othervisual content that complements written content.
7. Thought Leadership and Branding:
o Contribute to establishing RChillis brand voice and thought leadership in theindustry.
o Regularly publish content on LinkedIn and other platforms to enhance brandcredibility.
8. Content Performance Analysis:
o Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine and improvecontent strategies.
o Leverage data insights to create high-performing content that resonates withtarget audiences.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in content writing preferably in the SaaS industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketingstrategies.
Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong understanding of SEO keyword research and content optimization.
Experience in creating long-form and short-form content.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into engagingcontent.
Familiarity with content management systems (HubSpot etc.) and marketingautomation tools.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in English Journalism Communications Marketing or a relatedfield.
Masters degree in Mass Communication Journalism or MBA in Marketing is highlypreferred.
Additional content marketing digital marketing or SEO certifications will be anadvantage.
