We are seeking a detailoriented Senior HR Advisor to support and execute requests from Global HR Business Partners and leadership. The Senior HR Advisor will work closely with team members to ensure the completion of transactional activities and the successful implementation of change initiatives in the US.

What will your essential responsibilities include
Being an advisor and partner for the global functions colleagues in the US
Provide guidance and support on immigration processes for employees including work permits visas and residency applications.
Collaborate with legal to navigate complex immigration issues.
Cultivating effective working relationships with business management teams by advising business leaders on peoplemanagement and employee relations issues training and development in alignment with HR initiatives
Advising managers on all employee issues including contractual changes disciplinary matters and longterm leave (e.g. maternity leave sickness etc. to ensure a fair and consistent approach within parameters of legal obligations and corporate/local policies.
Partnering with the Compensation team to advise managers on salary long term incentives and promotions.
Support and assist in the facilitation of local vacancies in the US which is inclusive of the interviewing putting together offers in partnership with compensation and creating onboarding plans for new hires.
Support the Sr. HRBP on organizational changes initiatives by providing guidance on workforce restructuring including redundancy process and redeployment strategies.
Communicate effectively with impacted employees and stakeholders throughout the restructuring process. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Supporting managers and employees on the annual performance management process and on sustaining performance management activities throughout the year while using these activities to build and maintain knowledge of key talent within allocated groups.
Managing and/or contributing to local projects and strategic initiatives both in support of the Head of HR and as part of the HR network as required
