Why we are looking for support
Were hiring experienced consultants who lead commercial transformation from concept to and rollout. Youll work with clients to design new ways of working across sales marketing and servicesupported by systems data and clear business logic.
Youll help structure complexity bring clarity and turn plans into actions.
Your tasks
Design and lead commercial and gotomarket transformation projects
Build futurestate business processes and operating models
Define concepts across customer journeys service models and sales approaches
Facilitate workshops and create clear documentation
Align business processes with technology and data flows
Support organizational change training and capability building
Collaborate across sales marketing service IT and 3rd party vendors
Requirements
415 years of experience in consulting transformation or commercial roles
Strong background in:
Business process design
Business concept development
Sales service and marketing operations
Clear thinking and structured problemsolving
Experience working directly with business and functional stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience in the Consumer Goods or Retail sectors
Work on topics such as:
Revenue growth strategy (pricing promotions product mix)
Trade promotion planning and
Key account and customer business planning
Field sales retail or service excellence
Exposure to tools like:
Salesforce (Consumer Goods Cloud TPM CRM REX)
SAP (SD TPM modules)
Power BI Tableau image recognition tools
