About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Oncology Informatics Business Development Specialist to lead the sales of Elektas software offerings across the ANZ region. This role will be pivotal in supporting the entire sales process from identifying new opportunities to closing while collaborating closely with the Elekta Account Managers and various support functions to ensure seamless customer interactions and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Oncology Informatics software projects and sales processes in collaboration with ANZ Account Managers.
- Help identify support and close market opportunities.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand Elektas software business across ANZ.
- Generate new leads and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain a targeted customer pipeline forecast sales and support all relevant sales interactions.
- Assist Account Managers in maintaining accurate sales forecasts and tracking sales performance.
- Drive customer engagement through relationshipselling and account management.
- Conduct targeted customer campaigns in collaboration with the Business Line.
- Ensure followups with all prospects and clients within the designated territory.
- Accurately document all sales activities and opportunities in the CLM system.
- Achieve sales targets including unit volume and appropriate product mix.
- Present and demonstrate Elekta products and services guiding customers to solutions that best meet their needs.
- Collaborate closely with sales finance field services technical services marketing and administration teams to ensure smooth project .
What Were Looking For;
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Healthcare or a related field.
- Preferred at least 3 years of sales experience preferably within Radiation Oncology Oncology Information Systems or Treatment Planning Software.
- Indepth knowledge and experience in the Oncology industry.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with a customercentric approach.
- Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently.
- Creative entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on compliance.
- Proven conflict resolution and facilitation skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change both within Elekta and at client organizations.
- Thrive in a fastpaced technologydriven environment.
- Experience in healthcare software sales and implementation of information systems.
- Strong ethical standards sound judgment and a high level of professionalism.
- Effective communicator both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel up to 40
