Job Description
My client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee solar PV Agrivoltaic and BESS projects from start to finish. This role involves ensuring that project objectives are met with a strong focus on health safety environmental standards quality budget and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project designs for constructability and provide technical input during due diligence including site visits and CAPEX assessments.
- Support project transition from engineering to construction ensuring all technical and project documentation is accurate and complete.
- Oversee the preparation and evaluation of tender documents assisting in the review bid evaluation and negotiations.
- Contribute to defining the procurement strategy and manage the entire tendering process for construction activities.
- Develop and maintain the Construction Management Plan ensuring regular updates and adherence to project requirements.
- Supervise contractors manage technical support services and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Monitor and document project progress maintaining alignment with internal business processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management ideally with solar or renewable energy projects.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word Excel Project) and familiarity with project management tools; PMI certification is a plus.
- Availability for travel across Italy.
- Proven problemsolving skills with a high level of organization and attention to deadlines.
