Job Description

The B2B Sales Manager Educational Partnerships role at Flashaid focuses on building strategic relationships with educational institutions such as schools colleges and universities to promote Flashaids protection plans for students. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in the education sector to drive sales and establish longterm partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Institutional Outreach:
  • Identify and connect with educational institutions to promote Flashaid s products.
  • Build partnerships with key decisionmakers like directors principals and deans.
  • Conduct meetings to demonstrate the benefits of Flashaid s solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & :
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of Flashaids products into institutional offerings.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
  • Product Promotion:
  • Tailor value propositions to address the specific needs of educational institutions such as student safety and financial security.
  • Market Development:
  • Identify new opportunities for Flashaid s products in the education sector.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Develop longterm partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offer postsales support and maintain strong relationships for future business.
  • Insights & Reporting:
  • Gather market insights and report on sales performance to inform strategic improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 37 years in B2B sales specifically in the education sector selling to institutional clients.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Skills:
  • Strong networking communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Expertise in creating tailored solutions for educational institutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
Attributes:
  • Selfmotivated and able to manage multiple stakeholders independently.
  • A strong passion for impacting the education sector and enhancing student outcomes.
