A leading global manufacturer in the automotive supply chain is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to join its U.S. operations in Farmington Hills MI. This is a highimpact role focused on driving sales growth and expanding key customer relationships within the Tier 1 and OEM segments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial programs from prototype through production launch.
- Handle customer RFQs pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
- Act as the main liaison between customers engineering and supply chain partners throughout the product lifecycle.
- Oversee sales forecasting reporting and market trend analysis.
- Lead and support a team of sales assistants engineers and reps.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to align product specs with customer needs.
About You:
- Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering (required).
- Experience of managing OEM customers.
- 35 years of sales or account management experience in automotive castings or similar product.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with reading technical drawings and working with engineering teams.
- Confident managing multiple programs and communicating with both domestic and international teams.
