Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Engineer to support the operations department by ensuring optimal performance reliability and safety of all operational equipment and infrastructure BMSHotels/Large Hospitals). The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for preventive maintenance planning troubleshooting breakdown management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for operational equipment.

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with the operations team to plan maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules.

Maintain and update maintenance logs manuals and spare parts inventory.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during maintenance work.

Supervise and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance activities.

Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

Analyze maintenance data and generate reports for management to improve asset life cycles and reduce costs.

Support commissioning and installation of new equipment.

Train operations staff on basic maintenance practices and equipment handling.

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role. In-depth knowledge of maintenance planning and . Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
