Qualifications :
- Grade 12/Matric
- At least 1 year of prior experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Proper time management and the ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime when required.
- Able to work and thrive in a highstress and fastpaced environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client management with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Detailoriented with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule meetings.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Apply industry knowledge particularly in business compliance.
