Job Description
Yo Cape Town crew! My clients on the hunt for a lit Business Analyst to shake up the retail game. Get ready to dive headfirst into asset management and front office projects that slap with serious impact. Bring your Agame your retail swagger and lets craft solutions that turn heads and drop jaws!
Duties & Responsibilities
This isnt just a job its a vibe. Youll be the mastermind turning client dreams into nextlevel business wins. Think digging into project vibes mapping out goals and dropping fire deliverables like BRDs process flows and gap analyses that hit different. Youll vibe with clients sniff out epic improvement opportunities and keep the squad aligned. From designing solutions that pop off to crafting test cases supporting UAT and calling out risks before they crash the partyyoull own it. With your retail and investment management chops youll keep comms crystal run the show solo or with the team and juggle tasks like a proall while keeping stakeholders stoked and deadlines slayed!
Skills & Experience:
58 years killing it as a BA in financial servicesasset management and front office cred is nonnegotiable!
Deep knowledge of investment management ops (front middle back office)retail expertise is the secret ingredient
A wizard at running workshops hyping up clients and locking down requirements like a boss
Obsessed with details driven by solutions and oozing initiativebring that heat!
Communication skills so smooth they should come with a playlist plus the ability to thrive under pressure
Passionate proactive and dripping with creativityready to flex big ideas and deliver at warp speed
Qualification:
A tertiary qualification or BA cert/diploma (FTI or GetSmarter vibes) is a flex but not a dealbreaker.
BA degree Sweet but if your experience is popping were still good
Hard rule: 5 years in asset management/transfer agency in financial servicesbring that fire!
