We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and support Salesforce initiatives with a strong focus on Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in requirements gathering documentation Agile project delivery and system optimization. You will work closely with the Product Owner and various business stakeholders playing a key role throughout the project lifecycle including UAT and hypercare support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document detailed business requirements user stories and process flows.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide input during the hypercare phase.
- Translate business needs into functional Salesforce features and ensure system optimization.
- Ensure ontime delivery of deliverables in Agile project environments.
- Drive improvements in Service Cloud processes and configurations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst ideally in Service and Sales Cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities.
- Proficiency in writing BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and user stories.
- Handson experience with Agile methodologies and Salesforce project delivery.
- Solid Salesforce administration skills: system configuration automation and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with crossfunctional teams.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements.
- Flexibility to collaborate within the EMEA time zone while supporting a USbased client.
